We are 5000 strong 💪

The community is growing, the word is spreading.

The Ian Parry Photojournalism Grant started over three decades ago in honour of photojournalist Ian Parry (pictured here using a montage of previous recipients’ work) who died while on assignment for The Sunday Times during the Romanian revolution in 1989 at the age of 24.

Each year we hold a free and globally reaching open call and award The IPPG which strives to spotlight new talent in photojournalism.

Our vision is to become a global network of today’s young and emerging photojournalists whose visual storytelling from the frontline of social, political and cultural issues upholds the truth and challenges an era of fake news and digital manipulation.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far, keep helping us spread the word 🖤
