Sam (b. 1972, UK) was a participant in the Joop Swart Masterclass in 2001. Prizes and grants include the Observer Hodge Award, the Winston Churchill Memorial Fellowship, the BJP Project Assistance Grant, and a Getty Grant for Good for work on female genital mutilation in Mali. He currently shoots moving image for his commercial clients.
