About the Photographer
Maisie (b. 1982, USA) grew up in Texas and is based in New York. She studied at the University of Texas at Austin, the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies and Ohio University’s School of Visual Communication. She came second place in the World Press Photo Multimedia Contest (2012) and third place in the Pictures of the Year International award for Long Form Documentary (2012).
